1.Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trio website at
trio-tech.dev and any of its pages, including the
Technical Solutions pages and the Cinema Production page (together, the "Site"). The Site
is operated by Trio ("Trio", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read,
understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are
authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2.Who we are
Trio is a technology and creative studio operating from Iraq. We work through two
divisions:
- Technical Solutions — production-focused AI systems, including Autonomous
AI Customer Care, the Workflow Intelligence Platform, the Secure Outbound & CRM Suite,
the AI Creative Studio, Triovision (AR/3D product experiences) and Trio Shield
(cybersecurity).
- Cinema Production — AI-generated film and video produced for brands,
real-estate, and educational or motivational content.
The Site is an informational and marketing resource. It does not, by itself, provide any of
these systems as a live service to visitors; it presents them and invites you to get in touch.
3.Use of the website
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to
access and view the Site for your own information and for evaluating whether to engage Trio.
You agree that you will not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its
content without our prior written permission;
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is
fraudulent, harmful or deceptive;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt the Site, the
servers on which it is hosted, or any connected systems or networks;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any other material that is malicious or technologically
harmful;
- use any automated system, scraper, bot or data-harvesting tool to access or collect
content from the Site in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or
circumvents these Terms;
- use the Site's content to train, fine-tune or benchmark any machine-learning or AI model
without our prior written permission; or
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
We reserve the right to restrict or withdraw access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any
time and without notice.
4.Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Trio name, logo and brand marks, the "beyond your
vision" tagline, text, copy, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, interface designs, animations,
source code, and all film, video and imagery (including AI-generated showreel material) — is
owned by or licensed to Trio and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual
property laws.
Except for the limited licence to view the Site set out above, nothing on the Site grants you
any right, title or interest in our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted
are reserved. Product, division and system names referenced on the Site are trademarks or
trade names of Trio. Any third-party names or marks that appear are the property of their
respective owners and are used for identification only.
5.Information & AI-generated content
The Site describes our capabilities and includes examples, mock interfaces, demonstrations,
statistics and sample outcomes. This material is provided for general information and
illustration only.
Illustrative figures
Any performance figures, metrics, timelines, cost savings or results shown on the Site are
indicative examples based on typical scenarios. They are not guarantees, forecasts or
representations that the same results will be achieved for you. Actual outcomes depend on your
specific requirements, data, environment and scope of work.
AI-generated media
Portions of the Site — in particular the Cinema Production showreel and certain visuals and
demonstrations — are generated using artificial intelligence and are presented to illustrate
style and capability. They may not depict real people, places, products or events, and should
not be relied upon as factual records.
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that
it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time without
notice.
6.Services, proposals & engagements
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding
commitment to provide any product or service. The Site is an invitation to contact us so we can
discuss your needs.
Any engagement of Trio to design, build, deliver or operate a system, or to produce creative
work, will be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal,
statement of work, service agreement or order) agreed between you and Trio. Where such an
agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to that engagement, the separate agreement
prevails for that engagement. These Terms continue to govern your use of the Site itself.
8.Third-party links & services
The Site relies on, and links to, services operated by third parties — for example fonts and a
3D-model viewer loaded from content-delivery networks, embedded video players, our hosting
provider, and messaging services such as WhatsApp used for the "book a walkthrough" hand-off.
These services are provided by their respective operators under their own terms and privacy
policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or
practices. Following an external link or using a third-party channel is at your own risk, and we
encourage you to review the relevant third party's terms.
9.Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, Trio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including
any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and
non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free, that
defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of
viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining your own means of
protecting your devices and data.
10.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trio and its owners, employees, contractors
and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive
damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in
connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, or your reliance on any
content on it — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory,
and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or
limited under applicable law.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trio and its owners, employees, contractors and partners
from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable
legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms,
or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12.Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which
explains what information we do — and do not — collect, and how we handle any information you
choose to share with us. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, or
legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means
you accept the revised Terms, so please review this page periodically.
14.Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site
(including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the competent
courts of Iraq will have jurisdiction over any such dispute, unless a separate written agreement
between you and Trio provides otherwise for a specific engagement.
15.General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the
entire agreement between you and Trio regarding your use of the Site.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right
to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We
may assign ours in connection with a reorganisation, merger or transfer of our business.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect
interpretation.
